The Bride - Lauren Michelle Otheim
Lauren Michelle currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico and works at St. Paul Lutheran Church as the Office Manager. She loves to write about almost everything and hopes to make a career out of it. She graduated from Whitworth University in 2012 with a BA in English Writing and minors in Music (piano and percussion) and Journalism. She is very close with her bridal party and is excited to spend time with them, family, and friends leading up to and during the wedding!
The Groom - Lauren Arthur Major
Lauren currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico and works for Apple. He loves to work on his music whether it be practicing jazz trumpet or writing his own songs. He graduated from Whitworth University in 2012 with a BA in Jazz Performance and a minor in Spanish. He is very close with his party of groomsmen and is excited to spend time with them, family, and friends leading up to and during the wedding!
The Maid Of Honor - Jamie Lynn Ohl
Jamie is Lauren Michelle's best friend and, for all intents and purposes, sister. She is attending WSU for a BS in Business. Jamie and Lauren Michelle have known each other since high school and have gone on all sorts of adventures together. She is excited to be apart of Lauren & Lauren's special day and wishes them well as they embark on a life together.
The Best Man - Natalie Lundberg
Natalie works at Whitworth University in the Help Desk department, where she first met Lauren. It was her choice to hire him on and it turned out to be one of the best decisions for both of them. Their love of all things nerdy created an amazing friendship based on snikts, flux capacitors, and butter beer. Natalie has two adorable younglings, Isabella and Ezra, and a loving husband, Ryan. She feels very blessed to be able to spend this day with both Laurens and can't wait to see what the future brings for them.
The Bridesmaids
Kelli Raines
Kelli graduated from Whitworth University in 2012 with a B.A. in
Marketing and a minor in English. After graduation, she began work at
the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce and is currently the
Communications Coordinator. A bookworm to the core, Kelli loves reading
novels during her free time. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, nature,
boating, and spending time with family and friends. First brought
together during marching band in high school, Kelli is thrilled to be a
part of Lauren Michelle's wedding and is excited for the happy,
memorable day.
Alyssa Parkinson
Alyssa spent her early years training on Isla Nublar where she
learned to ride velociraptors. She has since been working to open her
own Lost World, but no one will fund the mission. She also works
as a technology journalist, blogger, and technical writer for a company
that makes her wear a badge in Southern California. Lauren inspired her
to begin blogging about dinosaurs during their junior year, when Alyssa
was blessed to live with Lauren at Whitworth University. Lauren
introduced Alyssa to one awesome friendship adventure apocalypse. She is
so excited to be a part of this wedding between wonderful people.
